关于调整天津及大连进口货物到付费用收取方式的通知

您好！
为进一步优化费用结算流程，提升服务效率与客户体验，对预计到港日（ETA）在 2026 年 5 月 15 日及之后且目的地为天津新港（CNTXG）或大连（CNDLC）的提单（不含经该两港中转至其他港口如鲅鱼圈的提单），提单项下到付海运费及其他各项海运相关到付费用（集装箱滞箱费和在交货单签发后产生的海运相关费用除外）将由我司直接收取，不再由船代代收。
为确保相关费用账单和发票准确开具至贵司委托的付款方，我司提供三种灵活解决方案，贵司可根据实际业务需求，选择一种最适合的方案。

温馨提醒
为确保业务顺畅，请注意以下事项：
1. 提前完成账号注册及开票信息维护
2. 委托真实有效，预约信息准确：
o 明确委托关系
o 准确核对信息
委托或预约付款完成后，系统将自动向收货人及付款方发送邮件，包含操作详情、风险提示及后续步骤，便于多方同步业务进度。

您可以在账单中心或发票中心选择所需要支付的

美元账单，通过“荣易通 美元/人民币支付”；也可登录中国银行网银，通过航运直通车功能选择您所需要支付的发票，完成美元自助付款。

人民币账单，通过“网银人民币支付“ 或 “荣易通 美元/人民币支付”，完成人民币自助支付。
相关款项到达我司银行账户后15分钟内，系统将自动确认付款状态。
您可在提单项下所有账单付款状态更新后，向客服部门申请提单或货物放行。
提醒：节假日期间(含周六周日)，美元到账受中国人民银行国际结算系统影响，仅支持中国银行间交易。即付款银行是中国银行，收款银行也是中国银行。
达飞中国各分公司的中国银行账户已在发票备注中提供。

Dear Valued Customers,
为全面提升网络安全和客服服务体验，您持有的My CMA CGM China账户（下称“达飞中国账户”，www.cma-cgm.com.cn）将自2026年4月起升级登录方式，具体请见如下指引。
To comprehensively enhance the cyber security and customer service experience, your My CMA CGM China account (“CC China Account”, www.cma-cgm.com.cn ) will upgrade its login method as from April 2026. You may wish to refer to the following for details.
1. 登录方式升级 Upgrade of Login Method
自2026年4月起，您在登录达飞中国账户时，只需输入注册账户时所登记的邮箱地址（下称“注册邮箱”），系统即会自动发送一次性验证码（下称“OTP”）至您的注册邮箱。输入OTP后即可完成登录，每次OTP的有效时间为15分钟。
Starting from April 2026, you may log-in to your CC China Account by simply entering your email address filed during account registration (“registered email box”), then an one-time verification code (“OTP”) will be automatically sent to your registered email box. Log-in can be completed upon your input of the OTP, each of which will be valid for 15 minutes.
2. 账户使用建议 Recommendation for Account Use
• 请确保您的注册邮箱真实、有效且可正常接收邮件。我们强烈建议您及时检查“收件箱”和“垃圾邮件箱”，以免遗漏任何与OTP有关的邮件。
Please ensure that your registered email box is genuine, valid and can receive emails promptly. It is highly recommended that both "Inbox" and "Spam" folders of your registered email box are timely checked to avoid missing any OTP-related email.
• 若您的注册邮箱已停用，我们建议您尽快登录CMA CGM官方网站(www.cma-cgm.com)并在“账号管理”界面提交邮箱更新申请。
If your registered email box has been invalid, you are recommended to log-in to CMA CGM official website (www.cma-cgm.com) as soon as possible and to request to update your registered email box under the “Account Management” menu.
• 请妥善保管和使用您的达飞中国账户，切勿将账户信息披露给他人或与他人共用同一账户。
Please keep and use your CC China Account properly and refrain from disclosing your account information to any others or sharing same account among multiple users.
• 若因工作交接或团队协作需新增账户，可使用不同的有效邮箱分别进行注册。
If new accounts are needed due to work handover or team collaboration, different valid email boxes may be used to register separately.
• 同一家公司名下的不同账户可通过与公司绑定以实现数据共享与统一管理。
Accounts belonging to a same company may be linked under a same company code to facilitate data sharing and unified management.
